Volvo V40 1.6 D2 – Stage 1 Performance Remap + 60-Minute Carbon Clean

Another Volvo V40 1.6 D2 in with us at Advanced Remaps for a full performance upgrade, combined with our 60-minute HHO carbon clean.

This particular V40 is fitted with the 1.6 D2 D4162T diesel engine, producing a factory-rated 114 BHP and 270 Nm. The ECU on this engine is a Continental SID807EVO.

⚡ Stage 1 Performance Remap

We carried out a Stage 1 performance calibration designed to increase power and torque while keeping the vehicle suitable for everyday driving.

Factory figures:

• 🐎 114 BHP

• 🔧 270 Nm

Stage 1 tuned figures:

• 🐎 140 BHP

• 🔧 320 Nm

That’s an increase of approximately +25 BHP and +50 Nm over the figures shown in the vehicle specification.

The additional torque gives the V40 noticeably stronger acceleration and improved responsiveness, particularly when overtaking and pulling through the gears.

🧼 60-Minute HHO Carbon Clean

Alongside the remap, we also carried out a 60-minute HHO carbon clean.

The aim of the carbon clean is to help reduce carbon deposits within the engine system and support smoother engine operation.
